No webhook secret needed for Test — status syncs when the user opens their account.
Only Secret + Publishable are required — that's all Stripe's API-keys page shows. Fill both sets once; then the Mode toggle just switches which is active (no re-entry). Leave a field blank to keep its saved key. The Webhook secret is optional: payments work without it, it only makes paid/canceled subs auto-update. It is NOT on the keys page — get it in Stripe → Developers → Webhooks → add endpoint https://templatesai.app/api/billing/webhook → Reveal signing secret (whsec_…). Without it, statuses still sync when the user opens their account. ⚠️ Also activate the Customer Portal in Stripe → Settings → Billing → Customer portal, or "Manage subscription" fails.
